It is probably obvious from the post's title but I think it is worth highlighting that hardware load balancing isn't going to facilitate application load balancing or clustering. This is due to the dependency on EJB which the likes of WAS ND provides.

Hi, good guide,

btw, Marking set are referenced by Name in the FEM export manifest so a import would be fine as long as the Marking Set name on the target P8 Domain is the same

here a snippet from the FEM export

            <MarkingSet>
                <ObjectRef>

I did the setup with 3.5 system sometime back. There is not much documentation around as you have noticed. However when I was working on IBM FileNet Records Manager product we did implement product to create report using crystal report on WLS as well. You should refer IBM Infosphere Enterprise Records 4.5.1 setup guide.

From ecm_help

"For performance reasons, sometimes it is best to not collocate Content Engine and Crystal Reports, but collocation is both supported and recommended."

With 3.5.x version I configured with CE OLE DB provider. I think you can now configure using CE JDBC.

Here is the link

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/p8docs/v4r5m1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.p8.installingrm.doc%2Ffrmic074.htm

Hope this helps.

I'm looking forward for making the CE and Crystal happen however, I haven't been able to find enough documentation for this; I read you have been successful on this task and wonder if you can share details on how you did.
Inventory:

Thanks in advance,

Properties are indexed with the class it is associated with. So not sure if we can do it through EM as I could not find any index property exposed to search on.

You should be able to query Doc Version table to get this information.
